We process this information because it is necessary to provide the service you request (performance of a contract) and to meet our professional obligations.
Where your data is stored
Your booking details are securely stored in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Bookings / Exchange Online). Microsoft acts as our data processor.
How long we keep your data
Booking records are retained for 7 years in line with professional and legal requirements. After this period they are securely deleted.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, ask for corrections, or request deletion where appropriate. You may also object to or restrict our processing in certain circumstances.
